The Elite uniform packages are a new and unique high end uniform at a reasonable price. They are designed to give you the most freedom possible to create an Elite level, truly custom, and unique uniform. We have two packages available in the Elite program. Making changes will not change the price. They are flat prices so you might as well take advantage of all the options in each package.

| How to Order |
| Step 1) |
Download the Elite Jersey Order Form
Fill out Bill to information, including credit card information
Fill out shipping info if different then the Bill to. |

Choose a jersey style and Colors combination (ie: Hystyk Style Showtime, Millennium), any NHL Jersey.

Choose Sizes Needed (Note: Sized to match CCM practice jerseys)

Choose Number Font and Colors for Back number.
